Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the very heart of our business and always has been. ARM have set-up and manage a not-for-profit, community in our hometown, Shahdadkot, working for the under-privileged families & those who live around our factories.

THE MOTO OF ISRA COMMUNITY IS HEALTH & EDUCATION.

The aim is to:

• Providing funding to lower income & farmers.
  
• Sponsor education by funding to deserved students.
  
• Promote rice cultivation.
  
• Provision of counseling regarding seed selection, sprays & use of latest technology.
  
• Resolve problems of our workers & paddy suppliers.
  
• Develop mutual understanding with farmers.
  
• Break monopoly of buyers.
  
• Offer counseling to those in jeopardy of foreclosure or financial ruin.
  
• Encouraging Community growth and Development.
